This year has been like no other, and it’s hard to envision a change any time soon. We’ve touched on many COVID-19 related topics in this publication, and now it’s time to focus on our mental health. October is a good time for the topic – it’s getting darker earlier, the weather is turning cooler and gradually inhibiting outdoor activities.
