Lost and Found

If you believe you lost an item in the hospital itself, please complete the form on this page. If your item is found, a hospital representative will contact you to arrange its return. If you lost an item at an NCH location other than the main hospital, please call that building or office.

If you do not wish to complete the online form, you can leave a message on our Lost and Found Hotline at 847‑618‑4453. Hotline messages are checked Monday–Friday: 7:00 am–3:00 pm.

We’ll make every effort to help you find your item. NCH is not responsible for replacing personal belongings.
