It provides emotional support and practical information for family members and caregivers of those with Alzheimer’s Disease. Participants will be encouraged to share information and exchange coping skills. Join our stroke and brain injury support meetings, which
are open to all stroke and brain injury survivors,
caregivers, and families. Come share personal stories,
meet new people, and learn about topics focused on
recovery. Each week, we focus on a different topic
