As famous as Las Vegas itself, Caesars Palace is one of the best-known casino resorts in the world. What began as a grand casino honoring the indulgent luxuries of ancient Rome has somehow evolved into something even more spectacular. However, please be aware that a processing fee will be incurred if you choose not to use the dedicated weblink to register. The name of the group is listed as Northwest Community Hospital. Guests may make reservations in the block at the group rate until Monday, May 25, 2026, or until the room block is full. After that time, the group rate will be offered based on hotel availability only.

A daily resort fee plus the current Clark County room tax will be charged in addition to the room rates. Room rates at Caesars Palace are $199 a night Wednesday, June 24 through Sunday, June 28.

Please note that upon booking your reservation, your credit card will be charged a deposit equal to the first night’s room and tax. To avoid forfeiture of your deposit, please ensure all changes and cancellations are made at least 72 hours prior to scheduled arrival date.

Cancellations/Refunds

Request for refunds must be submitted in writing by 5 p.m. Central Standard Time, Monday, May 25, 2026 to gicourse@nch.org. Refunds will be subject to a $25 administrative fee. No refunds will be given after this time.
