NCH Wellness Center offers free use

On Friday, October 1, Friday, November 5 and Friday, December 3, 2021 NCH Wellness Center (900 West Central Rd., Arlington Heights) is welcoming the public to use the facility at no cost.
“We’re going through incredibly challenging times and would like to help our community members improve their health and reduce stress,” says Steve Balaton, Director, NCH Wellness Center.
Anyone 18 years of age or older is invited to use the NCH Wellness Center at no cost the first Friday of every month until further notice.
The Wellness Center is a premium health club with over 80,000 sq. ft. of the latest fitness equipment, group exercise classes, swimming pools, saunas, steams rooms, SPA and even an outdoor fitness area.
All participants of the first Friday free offer will be entered into a raffle for $50 Club Dollars, which can be used on anything at the Wellness Center.
